Buying Land

Parcels are priced based on prim allowance and the total area of land in square meters. Our cost per square meter is competitively priced with other estates and much less than the average rates offered on Zindra mainland. To check a purchase price, please visit the parcel in-world and use the “About Land” menu.

• When you purchase a parcel, you will be entitled as owner and have access to it immediately.
• You will have to pay regular "tier" fees. These fees are derived from the upkeep and IT maintenance on physical servers in which the sims run on and reflect the amount of prims you are allocated in a region.
• Landowners will be assigned a payment box located in the region's resident sky lounge.
• We do not require a premium account to own or rent land with us. The $10USD/mo you save alone equals cost of tier on a 234 prim parcel with us!
• As an owner of the land, you have the option to resell the land should you choose to move.

* How to Purchase

To purchase a parcel, please visit it in-world. Then, at the top of our SL Viewer, you will see a ($) button beside the parcel name. Click it and follow the instructions in the dialog box that appears.

Renting Land

If you do not want to pay the upfront purchase price of a parcel, we offer the option to rent on any parcels available and listed on our Land Portal.

• Renters have full control of the parcel, but may not sell the land at any time.
• Rent rates are higher than tier rates.
• Renters will be assigned a payment box located in the region's resident sky lounge.
• Remember, we do not require a premium account to own or rent land with us. The $10USD/mo you save alone equals cost of tier on a 234 prim parcel with us!
